Established on October 29, 2007, under the name of CARTISA PERU SOCIEDAD ADMINISTRADORA DE FONDOS S.A. The National Supervisory Commission for Companies and Securities (CONASEV) approves the 99% acquisition of 99% of its shares to IACCSAC GROUP by Executive Directorial Resolution Independent Wealth 029-2009 - EF/94.06.02 on December 2009.

Its operations are regulated under the Law on Investment Funds Management and its societies under Legislative Decree No. 862, and its regulations CONASEV Resolution No. 042-2003-EF/94.10, plus extra additional rules and regulations.
